Options to Access Real Estate Records in Pierce County
Option 1) Tapestry - for occasional user
Tapestry is an Internet access program designed for the occasional user who has some understanding of real estate documents. Tapestry offers access to real estate documents recorded in Pierce County beginning 1998 to the present. Since fees are assessed to pay for support and maintenance of the system you will need a credit card to use this. Laredo is an Internet access program designed for title insurance firms and other real estate-related firms that need access daily to the land records in the Pierce County Register of Deeds office. Laredo offers access to real estate documents recorded in Pierce County beginning 1998 to the present.
